SHIPPING

All orders: most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the order was submitted. In some cases, however, an item is made to order and we may need more time to get it ready. We will contact you, via email, with the estimated date of shipping, if that’s the case. Please note that we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Domestic orders (orders within Canada): as soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the estimated date of delivery.

International orders (orders shipped outside of Canada): as soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the estimated date of delivery. International orders will be subject to taxes, customs and duties depending on the regulations of the destination country. Please understand that we have no control over these import charges and they are to be paid fully by the customer and are non-refundable.
