Return/Refund Policy

All orders: at Manndora, our #1 goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from us. If, however, you wish to return an item, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of the purchase date. In order to successfully return an item, the item must be unworn, in its original, mint condition, with tags attached and in its original Manndora jewelry box. Domestic orders (orders within Canada): when returning a domestic item, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the item re-packaged carefully, in order to avoid damages in transit. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. Upon receipt of the item, our team will carefully inspect it, and, if found in the original, mint condition, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Damaged items (regardless whether the damage was caused by customer or carrier negligence) are not eligible for a refund. International orders (orders shipped outside of Canada): when returning an international item, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the item re-packaged carefully, in order to avoid damages in transit. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. When returning international items, the sender has to make sure that the shipment is marked as "RETURN” on the shipping document, in order to avoid any inbound customs duties. Return shipments that require payment upon arrival will not be accepted and aren‘t eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of the item, our team will carefully inspect it, and if found in the original, mint condition, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs and duties are not eligible for a refund. Damaged items (regardless whether the damage was caused by customer or carrier negligence) are not eligible for a refund.
