At MANNDORA, our Mission is to craft Jewelry so uniquely designed, you won’t see on anyone else; and so durably crafted, you will treasure for a lifetime.
Our Motto is: QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Therefore, we produce in very limited quantities, which allows us to produce items of the highest quality possible. We regularly test the durability of our pieces by wearing the prototypes in real life situations, just like how you will.
HOW WE CRAFT IT
The production of your jewelry starts with the careful selection of the gemstone beads. Then, the beadweaving process begins: bead by bead, row by row, each bead is put into its place entirely by hand. The whole structure is supported by micro-woven, fine strands of stainless steel. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, production of one single piece may take up to 8 hours.
THE MATERIALS WE USE
The wire that supports it all: all MANNDORA jewelry is supported with the strongest, most durable and most flexible stringing wire ever manufactured. Our wire is constructed of 21 to 49 micro-woven strands that offer the strength of steel and the grace of silk; made in the USA from 100% lead free stainless steel.
The gemstones: all gemstone beads we use are ethically sourced, authentic and carefully selected by our skilled artisan. Each gemstone bead has a character of its own with intricate patterns, colour variations, flaws and imperfections. We embrace these imperfections as a mark of authenticity and uniqueness.
The hardware: all of our other jewelry components are made of 100% hypoallergenic, nickel-free, non-tarnish, rust and waterproof stainless steel. These components will not cause rashes, allergic reactions or green skin. In contrast to Sterling Silver, Stainless steel is an extremely durable metal, therefore it will not bend or dent, has a long-lasting shine and there is no need for regular polishing. BONUS: stainless steel is 100% recyclable; it’s good for you and our beautiful Planet!
